C. "WELLS" HAREN III
:
Principal in Charge. Wells began his construction career in 1978
as a laborer, carpenter and project superintendent. After obtaining a degree in Construction
Science from Kansas
State University
in 1985, he has held positions as estimator, financial officer, project
manager and currently President. Wells
is past president for the Kansas
City, Missouri
Chapter of The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) and serves
on the national AGC "Closely Held Business" committee.
C.W. "TOD" HAREN JR.:
Principal. Tod entered the construction business in 1950. He obtained journeyman ranking as a
cement finisher, pile driver and carpenter. After college and military
service, he served 12 years as job superintendent. Then he entered the
office as estimator, was promoted to president in 1975, and transferred
presidency to his son in 1998. Tod
is past president of the Kansas
City, Missouri
Chapter of the AGC and currently serves on the national AGC "Closely
Held Business" committee and "Open Shop" committee.
JEFF WASINGER:
Operations
Manager. Jeff graduated with a BS in
Construction Science from Kansas
State University
in 1991. He has fifteen years of experience
in construction management and field supervision in both hard bid and
private / negotiated markets. Current
responsibilities include oversight of all project schedules, quality,
safety, estimating, documentation and productivity.
BRAD OLIVER:
Senior Project Manager. Brad graduated with a BS in
Construction Engineering from Pittsburg
State University.
He has successfully estimated and
managed a variety of projects including hospitals, warehouses, churches, office
buildings, as well as a variety of design/build projects.
DAN MAXIMUK:
Project Manager. Dan graduated with a BS in
Construction Science from Kansas
State University. He has construction
experience in both project management and estimating with experience
ranging from commercial office to medical research labs to religious
facilities.
PETER DEL CASTILLO:
Project Manager. Peter has a BS in Engineering
Technology and Construction Management from California
State University
and a BS in Architecture from California
State Polytechnic
University. He has eight years of experience in
project management and over twenty years in architecture. His project experience ranges from
religious facilities to commercial projects.
