"I am sure like many it was when the kids were born, my daughter was our first and I remember feeling overwhelmed because I had no idea what to do, but we quickly learned."

What do you have (hanging) in your office?
"The norm — schedules, calendars and phone lists, plus pictures from the kids."

If you could be a professional athlete what would you be and why?
"I'd be a Nascar driver. Why? Who doesn’t like driving fast?"

If you had a week to spend doing whatever you wanted, what would it be?
"I'd take my wife and kids to California for ATV riding at Glamis Dunes."
