The $17 million Bee Creek Luxury Apartment complex in Branson, Missouri encompasses 14 buildings with a total of 224 luxury apartments in the 15 acre development. The apartments, comprised of two- and three-bedroomunits, feature standard finishes such as granite countertops, dark oak cabinets and trim, and full size washer and dryer sets in each unit. The property boasts numerous amenities including a fully equipped clubhouse, a state-of-the-art 24 hour fitness center, movie screening room with theater-style seating, a business center, resort-style salt water pool with waterfalls and poolside Wi-Fi.

This project required extensive site work to prepare for the onset of construction. Prior to laying the first foundation,129,321 cubic yards of material were excavated from the site, and over 6,570 cubic yards of concrete have been poured at the site. The HarenLaughlin team worked diligently from start to finish, providing high-quality construction that would showcase this beautifully designed multi-family community.
