HarenLaughlin Construction completed a full scale renovation of the Park Central Apartments; an historic 106 unit brick building located in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Kansas City. This charming 1920s structure has been restored with many of the building’s architectural features preserved and several rediscovered within the body of the structure.

HarenLaughlin completed a comprehensive renovation of all apartments and common areas of this multi-family facility. New enhanced property features include contemporary walkway under lighting, new interior finishes and stylized accent lighting in each apartment. The Park Central Apartments renovation is one of several projects completed by HarenLaughlin Construction in the revitalized Hyde Park neighborhood.
