Starting with our pre-construction services, we partnered together with our client and began the process of creating a community with an on-site movie theater, sports bar, exercise and rehabilitation rooms, salon and recreation areas. The building consists of a wood frame, brick and stone masonry exterior and includes a large courtyard garden with a walking path. The 6,000 SF rehabilitation area provides patients with the facilities they need in order to recover and return home.
