HarenLaughlin completed a major structural overhaul converting a dilapidated mechanics garage in the Crossroads Arts District into an eclectic and environmentally friendly banking center. The work was completed to ensure structural soundness and efficiency. This work includes 100 percent masonry restoration of interior and exterior load bearing walls, new roof with roof garden, new utilities, high efficiency mechanical and electrical systems, skylights, repair to existing roof joist, reclaimed oak flooring and custom cypress store front.
