Historic Park Central Apartments Renovation Complete

Lenexa, KS –February 11, 2011 – HarenLaughlin Construction has completed the renovation work at the Park Central Apartments, an historic 106 unit brick building located in the Hyde Park neighborhood, one of Kansas City’s most culturally rich and architecturally dynamic neighborhoods. This charming 1920’s structure has been restored to her former glory with many of the building’s architectural features preserved and several rediscovered within the body of the structure.

HarenLaughlin’s scope of work on this Historic Tax Creditproject included the renovation of all apartments and common areas of this multi-family facility. New enhanced property features include contemporary walkway under lighting, new interior finishes and individual neon lighting features in each apartment. The Park Central Apartments renovation is one of several projects currently underway in the revitalized Hyde Park neighborhood.
