HarenLaughlin’s scope of work at The Hallmark of Creve Coeur included the conversion of 42 existing rooms from independent to assisted living and updates to the community’s first-floor common areas. Resident room improvements included space alterations to meet ADA guidelines, new carpet, flooring, paint, and fixtures throughout. Further improvements included common private dining and activity areas revitalization with new carpet and flooring, wall coverings, and finishes in hallways. Resident access to the mailroom was also enhanced. Operational upgrades were made to the commercial kitchens, which serve the residents in the community.
